Paiute Snow Mountain, Las Vegas NV (Played 1/24/13

Source
Paiute GC is in North Las Vegas. There are 3  courses, namely, Wolf, Sun Mountain, and Snow Mountain. I played the Snow Mountain course. Believe it or not , the weatherman had been forecasting rain for 4 days and it so happened that it rained for the front nice.It was overcast the whole day however it was a misty rain similar to what you get in Scotland so playing was still very comfortable. I still do not like playing in the rain.
The Snow Mountain course plays 7,164 yards from the back tees, I played the whites at 6000 yards. this is the original course with wide rye grass fairways,  seven holes with water , with traditional Peter Dye rail-road tie bunkers, dog-leg finishing hole.

I was glad when this round came to an end. Shot another 46 on the back for a 92. Struggled the whole round  however still better than a day in the office, or shovelling snow.
Below we had a visit from the local road runner looking for  hand out.
